Wheat weaving and straw art is an ancient craft found in all cultures around the world. It is used for decoration, storage (baskets), housing, clothing (hats) and many other things. Some cultures attach religious significance to certain weavings. Worldwide, straw art celebrates grain as a life sustaining product. More information about straw art will be coming on the site.
